Blizzard!

Well, we started getting bad weather on our way home from the wrestling meet on Friday night and it just keeps coming!  We were in a blizzard warning all day on Saturday.  We got between 10-12 inches of snow and lots and lots of wind.  We decided to take advantage of it and spend the day on Saturday baking.

We made cut out Christmas cookies and then Payton and I decorated them.  We had sprinkles everywhere but our cookies looked awesome!  Mike and Carson had a Wii tournament going on downstairs and would take cookie breaks!

Today Mike was going to take Carson to a wrestling tournament but too many roads were still closed so we couldn't get out.  We spent the day in bed....literally!  We all just relaxed and hung out in our PJ's and did absolutely nothing!  We had a family movie tonight with popcorn and a showing of Madagascar 2.

It looks like our schools are running 2 hours late tomorrow so the kids will get to sleep in a little.  They are dying to go out and play in the snow!
